INTRODUCTION

TO LOGIN TO THE AEGIS SYSTEMS





Introduction


In order to access the applications on the Aegis System it is first necessary to install the plug in for your web browser. This component can be installed using the following procedure.

 

To Install the Citrix Program Neighborhood Agent

-Open your web browser

-Go to WWW.Aegisis.com
and click on the Support Center button at the bottom of the menu on the left.

-Click on: Download Citrix PN Agent Client

-Click on Open from the following dialog box. This will start the installation process and present the following screens



-At the above Screen click “Next”

 


-At the above Screen click “Yes”

 


-At the above Screen click “Next”

 


-At the above Screen Type “Aegis Applications” and click “Next”

 


-At the above Screen type www.aegisis.com and click “Next”

 


-At the above screen select “No” and click “Next”

 


-At the above screen click “Yes”

 


-At the above Screen accept the default and click “Next”

-At the next screen click “Finish”
      Depending on the particular configuration the client PC may need to be rebooted

-Optional – Delete Program Neighborhood from the start group if you don’t want to be prompted for a password on system startup.

Click on Start Menu
Click on Programs
Click on Startup (may need to extend list of directories using the down arrows)
Right click on “Citrix Program Neighborhood Agent” and select delete
Click on “Yes” to confirm

To Login to the Aegis Systems


-Open your web browser and navigate to http://WWW.AEGISIS.COM

 


-Click on “Customer Login” button

 


-Type in your assigned username and password and click on “Submit”

 


-Click once on the application you wish to execute.

-If you are prompted to Open or Save the file then repeat the above Citrix Client installation instructions
-If the system does not respond after waiting 10-15 seconds, verify that your browser is configured to accept cookies and that your security settings are at medium or below and restart the PC.

-On your first access you may be presented with a security dialog box. Select “Allow Full Access” and “Never Prompt me Again”. This will prevent any future messages.
